Old Business

Approval to negotiate with Church to rent church house for $1000 per month

Church office will accommodate two counselors and two youth speak counselors

Julie Revilla will move to middle of trailer I will return to my old office.

New Business

• Report of the Chairman of the Board
• Consideration of Board Chairmanship 2008-2009
• Consideration to elect Lori Brolin to the Board of Directors.

Principal’s Report

• Consideration of Approval:
• Bridge Loan Repayment of $25,000.00
• Accountant, Business Manager, Ms. Sheryl Hauser.
• Status of Certificate of Occupation
• Fire Department citation and follow up remedy.
• $10,000 Loan Repayment to the Executive Director
• $7000 Contract with Scantron to provide interim testing materials and grading software program that is aligned with the California State Standards.
• Consideration of contract with Rolmay Solutions to provide video lesson presentations. Contract is for $7000.00
• Report on Budget 2008-2009, current finances, profit and loss July 1, 2008 to  present
• Report on Charter Renewal. Charter Division suggest that we start now on the renewal. We need to contact Charter Division and the Charter Association to access renewal criteria and rubric.
• Accreditation Committee is preparing to make another visit.  We need a copy of their recommendations generated from their last visit.

Personnel Committee report on contracts for custodial personnel
